Forgot Password

Passwords cannot be reset from outside the system.

Ask your admin to reset your password

For security, there is no public password-reset form and no reset link is sent or shown here. Only a logged-in admin can set a new password for you:

  • Company users: ask your Company Admin to set a new password for you on the Team / Users page.
  • Company Admins: ask the Super Admin to set a new password for you on the Super Users page.

After the admin sets it, log in with the new password and change it to one only you know.
